New rafter as the old wall was leaking so bad it had rotted away. Then felt, batten some 300mm lead and two coats of render. The chimney sort of fell apart as I was trying to add some ventilation. Ended up replacing a few brick and adding a chimney pot. Bird spikes placed in the new benching. Fishing off with some Storm Dry water seal to the wall and stack.

Little chimney stack removal all the way down to the ceiling, as there was not a lot holding it up internally. Someone had removed most of the support chimney breast leaving it on a piece of wood 😳. New timber work and slated it back in

Replaced the old tiles, velux, felt and battens on this side extension. Adding ventilation and a vent for the shower. Replacing all the lead work at the same time. Ready for the customer to revamp their bathroom. Thanks again to Challenger scaffolding for their access.
