I know I haven't posted anything for just over a month but we have been busy we have filled the diary barring a couple of odd days now up to end of may so if you are looking at getting those big or little jobs sorted give us a shout and let us help , we have been doing some commercial work and domestic , we have covered a variety of jobs this month from swimming pool balance tank cleans , radiator, group shower valves and cold water feeds , so for any plumbing work get in contact sooner rather than later!

Catch up on one of this week's jobs customer got in contact after checking my Google reviews and pictures of recent work I have done , they asked if I could replace shower base , shower cubicle, digital shower and replace old basin with new vanity unit , so gave a estimate, they accept estimate , booked job in , turned up on time , did the job that was asked , they were really happy with the job they gave me some other work which while I was there was a no brainer to get sorted which was a new radiator tmv as this was leaking and to fit a mirror to finish off the bathroom overhaul a nice job with a nice finish !

From the old turquoise bathroom suite to a new Victorian/ modern style bathroom all provided by the customer!

This was as a full renovation back to the stone wall , lime plastered, first fixed with all new pipe work and wastes even new pipe work into the loft ready for my next project as the customer is so happy with the outcome!

I would just like to say not all the work like the plastering, tiling and flooring was done by me but the owners of the house I take my hats off to the still some finishing touches left but still looks amazing!

It has been a long slog but I think the results speak for themselves. What do you think?

Roll on the loft shower room with more obstacles to get over but we will sort it we always do!

Another job was completed for a customer at short notice as they were putting their home up for sale , The last person who installed the toilet decided not to bother putting a 4" soil pipe through the solid stone wall and just fitted a reducer 4" to 3" and 3" pipe without any fall which was actually falling back to the toilet 🫣 , which as you can imagine kept blocking up , so we removed the toilet broke out as much as we could from inside then to the outside were we had to hire scaffolding, got that erected broke the stone outside fitted new 4" pipe , sand and cement back in fitted toilet , tested out for leaks and all fixed easy as that ! , customer was very pleased it was done before any views that were booked in for 2 days time and joiner was coming the day after to do the boxing in.

A repeat customer asked if we could remove the toilet and sink so the tiler could tile the floor always happy to help, once tiled refitted and job sorted for customer in 2 days they where really happy with the job and now recommending us to friends and family, only way is 🆙

Got a call froa new customer in Rochdale last week with a new build property , he had fitted a picture above the radiator with the 3M stick on tabs which failed and picture dropped onto the radiator which pulled it off the wall , the radiator was held on with the worst plaster board fixings ever , refitted with much better fixings, repiped , filled up , inhibitor added and all back up and running customers very happy and left and amazing review on Google check 👇

Fantastic service. Very honest. I was quoted £400 and £220 to fix a radiator from other companies. James saw the pics and provided a very reasonable price. Was respectful in every way and even took shoes off when working. Cleaned up after. Great service - and I’ll be using James to replace a bathtub in the forseeable future. James is my go to guy for all plumbing needs. Thank you

Nice different job today called out as there was water passing through the tundish, so stripped pipework from pressure relief valve and temperature relief valve to see which one was causing the issue , saw it was pressure relief valve , following this checked expansion vessel and as I guest no pressure pumped back up and changed multi block valve as this was 11yrs old and deteriorating the rubbers inside so client said replace it , all back up and running client happy!
