Removed existing open vented cylinder and tanks in loft

Ply lined full airing cupboard

Gledhill 300l unvented cylinder fitted with new pipework and zone valves etc

Customer now has unrivalled hot water flow rate and still plenty of room to store some towels!

Return visit will include lagging pipes and a few finishing touches but what a start to the new year 💪✨

Fully stripped out, soil pipe re located under the floor and vent pipe externally allowing more room in the bathroom.

New ceiling , fan and lights.

Existing combi boiler transformed in to new plant room ✨✨

On this job we ply boarded the walls to make it easier for fixing pipework and also to tidy the room up. Painted all the walls and ceiling white and put new flags down as the existing floor was so far out of level or even flat! 👌👌

New Worcester Style LPG system boiler fitted along with all new radiators and pipework, heating is zoned so that downstairs and upstairs have independent control 😎😎

400l unvented hot water cylinder with secondary return to achieve instant hot water at all outlets 👍

Water filter and UV light installed as customer requested ✨

This old Heatline was beyond economical repair and yes that tub underneath was catching all the leaks!

Removed all the old pipework (if you can call it that)

Removed 1 pipe clip 😂 see if you can spot it.

Took up the flooring and altered the pipework to accommodate the new boiler.

New Baxi Main 30kw combi fitted with 5 years Warranty✅

All new pipework ✨✨ OCD as usual!✅

Filter installed ✅

System flush and inhibitor added✅

New wireless controls fitted✅

Registered with Gas Safe ✅
