We recently completed an air conditioning upgrade for a new hotel client in Mayfair, replacing their old 5kW system which was no longer performing efficiently.

The client decided it was time for an upgrade, so we removed the existing system and installed a brand-new 5kW unit, giving them improved performance, efficiency and reliability all year round. โœ…

We installed a 3.5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Premium system in this extension.

With the amount of glass, windows and skylights in the room, the space struggled to stay warm during the winter and quickly became too hot in the summer. โ˜€๏ธ๐Ÿฅถ

A commercial project we completed a couple of weeks ago, transforming the air conditioning and ventilation setup ready for the space to be put to use. โ„๏ธ๐Ÿ”ฅ

We installed 2 x 8kW Samsung ducted systems, connected via a refnet, along with all associated ductwork and ventilation.

The ventilation system included:
๐Ÿ”น 4 extract points โ€“ one for each changing room
๐Ÿ”น 2 fresh-air supplies feeding the ducted systems
๐Ÿ”น Electric battery heater โ€“ automatically activates when the incoming fresh air drops below 12ยฐC, preventing cold air from being supplied into the space
๐Ÿ”น New grilles fitted throughout

This was completed in stages, with the systems and ductwork first fixed, before returning once the project had progressed to install the grilles, complete the final connections and fully commission everything.

We also incorporated a last-man-out shutdown, meaning the entire air conditioning and ventilation system shuts down when the building is closed. The system is also interlocked with the fire alarm, ensuring the AC and ventilation shut down automatically in the event of a fire alarm activation. ๐Ÿšจ

A lot of work above the ceilings on this one โ€” the finished result keeps everything clean and discreet while providing effective heating, cooling, fresh air and extraction. ๐Ÿ‘Œ

We recently installed a 7.1kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Premium Multi-Split System, providing efficient heating and cooling all year round.

โ„๏ธ 2.5kW wall-mounted unit installed in the bedroom with Mini Line trunking for a clean, tidy finish.

We recently installed a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries system featuring:

Another happy customer! โ„๏ธ

We recently installed a 2.5kW Mitsubishi Heavy Industries wall-mounted air conditioning system in this loft conversion.

Rather than fitting the standard size, we upsized the unit to 2.5kW so it could also help cool the office on the landing, which gets particularly warm during the summer months. This gives the customer improved comfort across both spaces.

Due to the outdoor unit not being permitted on the external wall because of the public walkway, we rerouted the pipework and installed the condenser in the customerโ€™s rear garden, providing a neat installation while complying with the site restrictions.

As a bonus, we even had the Goodyear Blimp fly directly overhead while we were on siteโ€”a pretty rare sight and definitely something that made the day even more memorable! โœˆ๏ธ๐ŸŽˆ
