A client wanted a liquid over lay . This system is 100% better then the normal grp system other roofers or builders use .
This product inbreds in to a fibreglass matting and with a second coat to finish off . The difference is grp goes hard but this liquid goes in to a rubber witch youwill never get any spilts as it allows for movement . Finished off with a anti slip for the walk way

Big project just finished in Blackheath .
They had a new roof 8 years ago and roof was installed very badly. It was supposed to be a cold roof with a green roof and lack of ventilation all the ply failed and was rotten witched caused the roof deck to collapsed
So we installed a new osb boards and installed a warm felt roof with 120mm insulation boards , rebuilt the box gytters to falland finished off with a nice felt finish
