The Government introduced legislative requirements back on the 1st June 2020 for Landlords in the Private Rented Sector in
England.

This will require Landlords to have electrical safety
checks carried out as follows:
From 1st July 2020 all new specified tenancies will require
an electrical safety check to be in place.

From 1st April 2021 all existing specified tenancies will
require an electrical safety check to be in place.

Landlords should only use an approved Electrical contractor who is registered under the PRS.

We have now officially gained our NICEIC approved contractor accreditation. This now means we can complete all Commercial Electrical works alongside the Domestic installation and services we currently offer!

In Addition to this we have now received our official Certification for the Private Rented Sector (PRS) Electrical Inspector scheme.
