First established in 2010, the company has seen rapid growth and has built an outstanding reputation. Milletts Electrical is a fully accredited NICEIC electrical installation company first established in 2010. The company employed its first fully qualified electrician in 2011 and since then has seen significant growth. By 2014, the company had 9 site engineers working under its workforce plus myse

lf running the administrative side from home, attending site visits and meeting with clients. In an effort to support this growth and backed up by the various outstanding recommendations that Milletts Electrical had received so far, we had the confidence to take on work nationwide and by 2015, we had projects running simultaneously from Cornwall to Aberdeen. This allowed us to set up new offices in Medway City Estate in 2016 and since then, we have employed new office staff to assist with the continually increasing workload.

Job Title: Electrical Installation Engineer
Location: Kent and London
Position Type: Full-Time (PAYE or self-employed options available)
Salary: Negotiable (experience-dependent) + Price work available

Milletts is a fully accredited NICEIC electrical installation company, and we’re looking for skilled Electrical Installation Engineers to join our growing team!

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems across exciting commercial projects, including hospitals, schools, and offices in Kent and London.

Milletts are seeking an experienced and dynamic Electrical Project Manager to join our team. If you have a proactive approach to work, a positive attitude, and strong team collaboration skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
• Project Leadership: Plan, design, execute, and monitor all aspects of projects.
• Client & Management Liaison: Meet with clients and management to discuss project costs, materials, and timelines.
• Proposal Development: Create detailed project proposals.
• Communication: Handle emails and calls related to project maintenance and updates.
• Team Coordination: Meet with team members for progress updates and problem-solving; assign tasks, set deadlines, and ensure necessary resources are provided.
• Quality & Schedule Management: Review budgets, schedules, and project scopes while managing changes to keep projects on track.

Essential Qualifications:
• Proactive work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent team working, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proven electrical experience.
• Must be a fully qualified gold card electrician at a minimum.
• SSSTS/SMSTS or similar is preferable (training available for the right candidate).

Additional Details:
• Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
• Employment Options: Available for PAYE or self-employed arrangements.
