PLANNING permission is facing a huge shakeup as the government has revealed a new law which will treat two storey additions the same as a loft conversions. Ministers have said they hope growing families can expand homes without moving.

Plan have gone 3D! We was contacted by the owner of a barber franchise. He needed all the bells and whistle's pull out for his proposed pitch in a number of large shopping centres. This is the end result!

Great news, he passed all the criteria and he is now on the look out for the next shopping centre!

What a whirlwind these few days have been.

Met a gentleman this morning who wants some barber shop pods designed for shopping centers. ✂️💇‍♂️💇‍♀️✅

Meeting a lady in Snodland on Thursday in regards to a single story extension she would like done.🏡✅

Friday afternoon meeting a new client in regards to a Bingo Hall they have purchased and want some work drawings put togeather. 🎱✅

Finally completed on our latest purchase in Medway. We have had some real challenges during the conveyancing on this one however we have got there in the end. Keys already picked up and dropped off to our electrician to setup the temporary site electrics tomorrow. Looking forward to getting the nail bar out
