We recently carried out groundworks at a residential property, installing a new twin wall pipe run through the existing foundations — connecting the main house to the new extension.
The twin wall pipework carries the flow and return lines, enabling the installation of underfloor heating and an unvented cylinder in the new build. This involved carefully excavating alongside the property, core drilling through the foundations, and threading the pipework through to connect both buildings cleanly and efficiently.
