Recessed consumer unit upgrade recently completed.

Had to swap out this old MK board due to multiple new circuits going in. Used the fusebox board with their flush mounting frame & was really pleased with the end result.

Luckily had enough length on all the cables.

Kitchen 2nd fix.

Keeping all isolation points together in a cupboard is always our preferred way on a new kitchen, keeps everything neat & tidy. This one also had some metal conduit for some additional sockets which made a change.

Driveway bollard lighting recently replaced and rewired. 💡

The original bollards had been poorly wired and terminated, which led to water ingress and caused the SWA cable to begin failing.

We completely rewired the installation, surface mounting a Wiska box behind each bollard to ensure all connections remain accessible for future maintenance. Having a single flex at each bollard also made termination cleaner & easier.

WiFi controllable & very easy to set up app ✅

Option to control multiple heaters at the same time using the app which is exactly what the client wanted to they can turn the heaters on without having to go outside and into the garage ✅

💡 Soffit lighting instal on a recent garage conversion using 8 of the Ansell Prism Pro mini downlights.

Worked perfect for the instal as a standard downlight would have been too bright. They fit through a 42mm cut out along with the driver which has got plenty of space for 2 x 1.5’s. They are also CCT selectable.

Garage conversion install finished off yesterday.
Including power, lighting, Bluetooth ceiling speakers, smoke alarm & wall mounted TV.
Just waiting on the last two heaters to arrive before the space is fully complete.

First time using the speakers. Would recommend them, easy to fit & sound quality is spot on.

⚡️Consumer unit relocation & upgrade completed as part of the South London office refurbishment

The original board was in a completely inaccessible position and far too small for all the new circuits needed. We installed this 18-way consumer unit with built-in surge protection — giving us space to split circuits more effectively and minimise disruption if anything ever trips.

We also located the lighting joint box, Quinetic switch receivers, and emergency light test switches next to the board, keeping everything neat, accessible, and in one place

Following on from our previous post, this track lighting was also part of the same office refurbishment project.

The client wanted more of a feature lighting setup for one of the rooms and the entrance area. We opted for a 3-circuit track system, supplied by — suspended in the meeting room and surface-mounted in the entrance.

All track lighting is controlled via Quinetic switches for added flexibility.

We chose GU10 spotlights with honeycomb inserts and white bezels, offering a subtle alternative to the all-black fitting.
