220 Blackfriars is one of the most logistically demanding projects RDS has delivered. The programme does not move. That means manufacturing has to be right, deliveries have to land on time, and the install teams have to be ready from day one on every floor.
Each level has two dedicated plantrooms, allowing easy split between separate tenancies. Below ground, two basement levels of landlord plant, cycle stores and shower facilities, all served by a mixed-use ventilation and smoke extract system to EN 1366. At ground level, a large reception and future retail space.
