PLEASE GIVE THIS A READ IT LISTS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE WRAPPING PROCESS 😊
Since there are alot of new people and i seem to have completely abandoned my page this year which was not my plan but I am on the mend, working through things, and we move. I thought I would just put up a short (i lied..its very long) updated post explaining how quotes and ordering works so everyone is aware so please have a read.
Firstly and most importantly i am only contactable through email at present!! If you have any queries or questions please email instead of commenting on actual posts on my page as i will most likely miss these as i am not on here often especially if i am flat out at work! Most of my posts are made in an evening (usually lying in bed attempting to sleep) and are scheduled to be posted throughout the coming day.

Please send photos of your whole kitchen so i can see all doors, ends and any extras. I only need actual measurements for worktops. Doing this means i am able to get you a quote as soon as i can. If you are unsure if i can wrap something please just send on photos anyway so i can have a look.
Once you have recieve your quote and have chosen your colours we can then get your deposit transferred. This is always half of the amount of your quote and is used specifically to order your wrap. This applies for all jobs including furniture. Everything is included in your quote and 9 times out of 10 is the actual price for the job.
If you have an idea of colours I can send some photos over to you and if you would like to see any colours in person, I can also bring you some samples to have a look at before hand or if you would like, I can easy pop out and have a chat first. If there is a specific colour you would like that i don’t have, I will try my very best to find it for you.
Wrap is then ordered as soon as your deposit is paid (or a few days after depending on how many jobs I am ordering for as it is easier to order these as a whole instead of multiple individually).
Wrap usually takes about 4-6 days to arrive (excluding weekends) this differs alot depending on where I have to order it from so patience is key for this part. I will then pop you over a message to let you know your wrap is physically with me and organise a day and time for coming to get the job started.
For kitchens I take the doors home to get done, as i need to get them all washed down thoroughly and/or filled and sanded before I start. This is quicker and easier for me with only being able to work between 9-3 usually. I remove the doors, (some people offer to take them off for me arriving, if you are happy to do this please leave all of the hinges on the frame and remove the doors only) this ensures the doors don’t get scratched in transit! Once they are done I take them back with me to get the frames all done and get your doors back on, this usually takes 2 days maybe 3 at most depending on the size of the kitchen. If worktops are also to be wrapped i will let you know when i need the worktops cleared as these are last to be done.
I tend not to book too many people in at the same time as if one job ends up taking alot longer this then causes a ripple effect on everyone else and means i then have to keep moving others forward which is not ideal if people have to take holidays for me coming so booking is done as i go, first come first served (or first deposits paid first served i should say) but i will try my best to give a rough time scale as to when this would be.
I currently have a list of emails to work my way through so will get back to everyone as soon as i can.
If you see this give it a like (or share) so i know people are actually seing this post
Thanks, Emma
