D & P Joinery and glazing

A small video of the joinery in the workshop at the moment...
To start with a set of oak stairs wrapped up ready to go. Panels drying ready to go into the door that's stood up, all with a white primer and then a dark undercoat ready to be put togethrt
A pair of hidden door bookcases painted by a local decorator and ready to go out to site.
A storm proof window.
A pair of circular nom opening windows.
Finally the wardrobe bedroom divider that's been her for a while waiting for them to be ready on site...

A couple of windows also being made in the workshop at the moment and about to start on a pair of very tall sapele French doors..

Sliding sash window in Accoya, sashes hung on spiral balances.
Fully draught proofed and made for 4-4-4 slimline double glazed units, these allow glazing bars to be made narrower and keep a more traditional look. Ideal if you want to match existing windows as closely as possible while gaining the benefits of double glazing and draught proofing.
We also make the sashes only to fit into the existing boxes, these can be made for standard or slimline double glazed units and supplied with draught proofing, parting beads and weights or sash balances. We can also make any additional mouldings including new cill sections as needed.
We can supply joinery decorated to undercoat and supply and fit ironmongery.

My desk today...
Stairs to sign off and order, glass to chase, ironmongery to order. Plans to work our way through and lists of timber to send off to suppliers. Emails to work through and a couple of estimates to produce.... then off to do plane a load of idigbo...

Something a bit different this time. A Bedroom divider / wardrobe made to measure for a property in Putley, near Ledbury. At 2.8m long with 4 doors to the rear and 10 panels to the headboard side. False backing to the interior to allow for hiding electrics. This had to be made sectional to allow for it to be manoeuvred up a small flight of stairs. At the moment it will remain stood together in our office until they are ready for it on site.
We have a set of built in cupboards / wardrobes to do to match for the customers dressing room.
