A challenge!! But very happy with the end result.
Mr & Mrs D asked for wow & that’s what I said when I ripped the old suite out!
It didn’t look too bad before I started, but it was literally held together with expanding foam!
Due to the granite construction & shape of the old cottage, I basically built a room inside a room & plastered throughout. I decided to keep the stone walls exposed around the window as a feature, (old meets new).
The walk in shower has a glass flipper panel to deflect splashes & the flooring is a LVT waterproof covering in a whitewashed oak colour.

Installed to the spec of Miss P in Swindon, the old cramped enclosure & cupboard were replaced by this contemporary shower screen/door in matt black, complimenting the graphite basin unit & towel radiator.

Before & after of my cover pic. This one was certainly a challenge after finding the floor rotten from years of damp & pipework galore hidden behind the shower enclosure. So we made a false accessible storage space with lights & shelves. With the added bonus of seating inside the large shower cubicle. Contemporary modern walls tiles with Victorian style floor tiles in keeping with the age of the house.
