Had a small job of replacing the shower tray and re grouting they floor in an en suite and re tile the main bathroom floor last week. As always there’s going to be rotting floor that needs replacing and strengthening first 🙄. Kee a check on your shower tray seals people, water can do some unwelcome damage that you can’t see

Here’s a few pics of my old bathroom that the new owners wanted me to fit out for them, took it back to the bare walls, installed electric underfloor heating and tiles the floor and walls

Let’s hope they have as many happy and peaceful years as we did there

I hope you’re all keeping safe and well during this unprecedented period. I planned on having a couple of weeks off about now due to a house move but I am available if someone has an electrical or plumbing emergency that needs fixing, obviously exercising the 2m rule and regularly hand sanitising

From July this year electrical safety checks are becoming compulsory so if you’re a private landlord and need an electrical condition report then please feel free to call me on 07912563402. I’m fully registered with stroma and can self certify any work that’s carried out

Spent my Friday evening cleaning and renewing the uv lights on this pond system after renewing the pumps last week, hopefully it’ll keep the green stuff at bay
