Second project of 2022.
Here at LRS Builders we have removed a garage and built a two storey side extension for Pete Bellis and Sarah Bellis.
The project came to a stand still after Pete sadly lost Sarah suddenly. With Petes go ahead we finished the project in memory of Sarah and all the wishes she had for the extension.
This project included:
Full groundworks
Full extension build
Brand new roof over whole property
Steps at front and back
Full repoint of existing house
Bay windows cladded
New canopy to suit new cladding
Inside:
New down stairs toilet
media wall
Full electrics
Additional radiators fitted
The first storey of the extension was built to be the bedroom of their youngest daughter. As a gift from LRS Builders we decided to complete the bedroom for her at no extra cost.
The bedroom is now fully completed and is decorated to their daughters wishes and carpet laid.

Finally got this one put to bed been a really good job from start to finish plenty of detailed walling to match existing house. Added new round patio and rockery which is a water feature. New fencing and block paving round build also done. We’ve give the client the full package on this so everything we have done is in house.
