We are looking for a skilled and reliable External Renderer to join our team for upcoming projects. You will be responsible for applying high-quality finishes to building exteriors, ensuring both durability and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Surface Preparation: Cleaning, masking windows/doors, and applying primers or mesh to ensure optimal adhesion.
* Application: Expertly applying various systems, including Monocouche, Silicone, and External Wall Insulation (EWI).
* Finishing: Mixing and colour-matching compounds to achieve smooth or textured finishes.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: In external rendering or related wet trades.
* Certifications: Valid CSCS card is essential.
* Driving: Full UK driving licence and own transport preferred.
* Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to work at heights.
