We completed this on the new estate in Shireoaks a couple of weeks ago. In the middle of this I (Joseph) was dealing with one of the most challenging and heart wrenching times in my life.

We nearly lost our 4 year old daughter, and if it wasn't for strangers performing cpr, she may not be hear and I could quite easily have given up one our work.

That said the above didn't happen and I am happily sharing our garden transformation. I want to say thank you to a lovely couple who were so understanding while I started later and finished earlier and even took my 2 year old in on one of the days, and to the lads who kept this going in my absence. Credit to you.

We have a few projects to upload, so lets start from the beginning.

This has been a huge and equally challenging project we undertook last year running into the beginning of this one. It challenged us in every single way possible, physically, mentally and emotionally.

But it was all worth it for such a beautiful and wonderful human being that this customer is, and for the finished article.

(We say finished, our customer now wants us to add the rest of the planting, add another water feature, and replace another area to the rear of the property.)

We are now accredited Marshalls installers and have been advised, we could potentially be looking at an award for this project. We will release video footage of the project once all the additional work has been carried out.

Another one where the photos of before were completely lost.

This was a job that mixed project management and groundworks.

The retaining wall was failing, cracking, falling forward and in some places already collapsed.

We demolished the majority of the existing wall, removed a dog leg by taking some of the land back to give a straight run and prepared new footings at a more significant depth than the originals.

We then brought in our local builders- jc construction with briddon gates and railings applying the finishing touch atop.

We also reinstated with a lovely turfing job.

As ever we have not taken all the photos we should. Including day time photos and one of the composite gate made by our local recommended fabricator at Briddon Gates and Railings.

We have been requested to return early next year to continue on with some more fencing work, hidden behind the laurels.

Composite fencing supplied by Saige with complementing borders in Correra stone block paving.

We also did some relevelling whilst we were there as the lawn was very up and down.

This is a job we completed late spring and early summer.

The difference in wall heights is a combination of factors.

The main reason being, and the main reason we were called in, was because the previous landscapers had built the patio three courses above dpc. Opting not to do the proper dig out required and costing the customer twice.

We also relevelled a significantly sloping garden so that the children had a better space to play on.

The tiles are porcelain with matching cladding, with flamingo gravel.

Additionally we created a level platform for a bin store.

We are so busy with our workloads, as we have been for the last 24 months, and and as it continues to be so... That managing our page has not really been a priority.

We are going to upload some of work from this year, but please note that we went through a period of forgetting to take pictures and videos and a multitude of broken phones so some of our work does not have before and after photos.
