Fixed and finished today! 🚿🔥
Nothing is more annoying than water that goes hot then cold every time you turn on a tap or jump in the shower! 🥶

I was called out to investigate and quickly found it was a blocked plate heat exchanger that caused this. I got the new part ordered, fitted it, and succeeded!
The whole house has steady, piping hot water again. 🙌🛠️

Back to being warm and cozy! ☕

Another successful fix! My customer was out of heating and hot water due to a failed pressure sensor.
The sensor simply stopped detecting the pressure change when the pump started, causing the boiler to shut down. I replaced the part on the spot, and everything is back to normal.
