Some of the parts coated over the last few days… with a lovely colour combination of Burnt bronze and silver on the 1992 RM125 cases and grey on the 96 RM250 cases.

All of these peices are old and tired, damaged and pitted, the cerakote has really brought them back to life🔥

The damage is never masked with the coating which ultimately leaves the finish far from perfect, although for 20-30 year old parts they sure look good 👌

Few parts sent in from a new customer today, we have front and rear hubs, VHM head and rear sprocket all to be stripped from the anodising and cerakoted in Burnt Bronze 🔥

Cerakote is a very effective hard wearing choice for your parts, an extremely thin coating which is heavily resistant to scratches… over the last few years cerakote has become a top choice for people in the motorcross industry to use amongst engine parts.

Cerakote can change the overall look of your bike as well as give it the protection elements too. All parts carry different price brackets as well as the colour choice, there are options for matte, satin and gloss…

If you are unsure about stripping engines down before sending them in, we do offer a strip and rebuild service for the non-mechanically minded!

This service can include the following:
✅ Engine removed from bike
✅ engine fully teared down to cases
✅Fully rebuild engine
✅ Installed back into the bike

Note: Every engine rebuilt will be completed with new gaskets and a fresh oil change too.
