.uk AroTherm Plus 12kw with .uk SensoComfort controls fitted to a property in Sheffield this week. It was a Large property with some solid Brick walls no insulation & a large extension at the rear of the property. We managed to utilise 5 of the existing upstairs radiators & upgraded only 4 to achieve 21°c room temp. We removed the downstairs radiators & Underfloor heating was installed throughout.

We take pride & care with every installation aiming to install what we believe are some of the best products available. .pro pipe insulation fitted to the primary 35mm copper outdoor pipework all sealed up with their adhesive to ensure no water can ingress which would cause efficiency & heat loss.

This system was properly flushed with and is also chemical free to ensure no corrosion will damage the system as time goes on. We can also easily check the system water on each annual service with our test kit.

✅ 43° design flow temperature to achieve 21° room temperature when it’s -4° outside
✅ Fully chemical free system complying with VDI 2035

We took on a challenge this week with a modern house local to us. 10mm plastic microbore in the walls & the customer wanted the property fully repiping & the ground floor to be 15mm copper chased into the walls.

We don’t shy away from a challenge! It was also great to work for a customer with such extensive knowledge of heating design & heat pumps. The heat loss was just over 4kw & the customer provided his own that was only 100w diffence to mine 😅👏🏼.

We’ve just purchased the VA14 unit from Ricky Prescott at Thoroughflush Ltd which allows us to follow VDI2035 & have a chemical free system, customer was really happy with this outcome for his system.

Thanks for all the help over the phone Ricky Prescott, made life much easier with your guidance!
