Recent boiler swap in Woodlesford

Problematic Valliant ecotec pro out. I’ve serviced and looked after this boiler for a number of years. Good boilers imo, but this one has had more parts than Triggers brush. Customer’s finally decided to call it a day with it on this latest and potentially expensive repair.

New Baxi 800 with 10 year Manufacturers Warranty and New R/F programmable Thermostat in.

Catching up on Servicing.

Standard Combi service start from £70 with burner/heat exchanger inspection, Condense and Mag filter Clean, Flue Gas analysis and Gas valve/Co2 adjustment to specification were applicable.

Full strip Down service start from £120, plus parts/materials. As Standard service plus heat exchanger clean and replacement of any worn burner seals, gaskets and electrodes. System water check and re dose with System protector where necessary.
