Another stunning oak project completed in Lexden 🌳🏡
This bespoke installation features not one, but two handcrafted French Oak pergolas, creating dedicated spaces for both relaxing and entertaining.
One pergola provides a beautiful covered seating area, while the second shelters the BBQ area, making it the perfect setup for enjoying the garden throughout the year.
Constructed using substantial 6x6 oak posts and 6x2 oak rafters, both structures were finished with European charcoal slate roofs, combining durability with a timeless appearance.
To ensure long-term performance, the roofs were fitted with Tyvek breathable membrane beneath the slate covering. All timber was carefully sanded and chamfered, giving a clean, refined finish while allowing the natural beauty of the French Oak to shine through.
Finished off with a deep clean of the existing patio with fresh grouting.
