Rowland gill project all finished for some truly wonderful customer.
We all greatly enjoyed this project, working with clients so enthused and involved with their build make the delivery of a job all that much more rewarding.
The project delivers some bright living/dining space that’s connected to the mature garden with glazing and decking.
It also provides an added guest suite with shower room which doubles up to future proof the ground floor for the future.

Sometimes work doesn’t feel like work 🫶🏻

Just popping back to our Ponteland project for a catch up and an install a few missing kitchen bits etc … I forgot how much I loved this project and the spectacular living space that we created for a lovely family 😍 … simply stunning from design to full project management to delivery !

Child’s nursery complete for the little nippers !!

Fully renovated and extended purpose built early years project in Cramlington. This build received the full works.. extension .. new roof .. rewire .. heating system and even some tiny tiny toilets 😂

As one job completes another one starts ! There’s rafts and then there’s rafts !! 50 ton of stone … 36 sheets of mesh, 150 Z bars… miles of tie wire and 35 cube of concrete 😅😅😅

Today’s task ! 200 kilo pain of glass onto a roof !! My lord this has been in my mind since the day I received the confirmation of the glass weight 😅😅😅

New job day ! Being lovingly overlooked by a house we built 10 years ago 😍

Garage conversion just completed, a dusty old back of garage to a lovely shower room to future proof a home ! Another returning customer who we’ve worked on and off with for almost 18 years 😱 where does the time go !
