🔹Customer stated that side light and back light weren't working. Due to having a pet and extra security, replacement lights were needed. As you can see the lights were very old and damaged.

🔹New lights came pre wired so an IP rated outdoor box was needed for a correct connection.

🔹Customer stated light wasn't working on stairwell, after further investigation previous electrician had left the light hanging down, also left lighting connections melted onto the back of the metal light fitting.

🔹 Safely reconnected new light fitting, left customer with new light on stairwell and reassured customer that all faulty connections had been reconnected properly and left safe.

🔹Customer had 2 bedrooms knocked into 1, changed 6 low voltage spotlights to 8 fire rated IP rates JCC fittings with a cool white GU10 LED lamp.

🔹Also rewired switch to make it into a smart switch, this enabled to switch lights on by voice activation (eg. Alexa) also with your phone through an app, this also allows the use of a dimmable setting.📱

🔹A smart switch was used to give a modern look, switch was slim to give a classy look.

🔹Customer had 16x chrome none fire rated spotlights, lamps kept blowing so replaced with a JCC fire rated ip20 spotlight, customer also chose to go for a white bezel instead of chrome to give a clean look.

🔹Also customer didn't have any earth protection on any of the lights, reconnected all earth's back to the circuit. Fitted with warm white led gu10s.💡

Customer stated that 4x existing fans were too noisy, customer said they needed to keep the fans turned off.

Replaced with 4x xpelair silent 4 inch fan, these fans really are silent, these fans also have a 2 speed mode built in.

-Customer also wanted to upgrade a range of accessories around the home for a more modern look, this included light switches, sockets, porch light and outside security light.

Chased out walls for all cables and accessories. Kitchen sockets, downstairs and upstairs sockets, downstairs and upstairs lights, outdoor lights, smoke alarms all wired.
15 spot lights fitted around property.
Kitchen includes grid switch for integrated microwave and fridge freezer, cooker also wired.
This property also included a rewire to the shower, outdoor socket, power and lighting to the garage, new mains fitting, power and lighting to the loft and a full fuse board upgrade.
