*Boiler Conversion*.
Firstly we removed the existing Boiler, tanks and all the unneeded pipe work from the attic. After that we stripped out the cylinder and pipe work from the airing cupboard.
We then installed a Baxi 830 Combination Boiler in the airing cupboard complete with a vertical flue which ran neatly up into the attic and out of the roof through a lead slate.
The heating system was then Powerflushed.
A MagnaClean magnetic filter was installed onto the heating pipe work.
There was no way of getting the condensate pipe to a nearby drain so a condensate pump was installed with the pipe running into the soil stack in the attic.
We built a stand at the bottom of the airing cupboard over the pipe work so the customer could safely have some storage space.
An inhibitor was added to the heating system and the installation was commissioned and registered with Baxi and Gas Safe.
This Boiler has a 10 year parts and labour warranty.

Here we removed an old heat only boiler and installed a Baxi 824 Heat Only Boiler in the same location. The condensate pipe ran into a drain nearby. A MagnaClean magnetic filter was installed onto the heating pipe work. The heating system was then Powerflushed and an inhibitor added. We utilised the existing Nest controls to control the heating and hot water. A very happy customer.

A Baxi 830 Combination Boiler and 7 Ultraheat radiators were installed in this household. The existing gas water heater in the kitchen and gas heaters in each bedroom were removed.
All new pipe work was installed to each radiator complete with Honeywell thermostatic radiator valves.
The existing flue holes were blocked up and finished with pebble dashing to match with the rest of the house.
The central heating was controlled with a Honeywell programmable room thermostat.
This Boiler has a 10 year parts and labour warranty.

Here we removed the existing Combination Boiler and flue and supplied and installed a new Baxi 830 Combination Boiler complete with a horizontal flue and plume kit.
A Magnetic Filter was fitted.
The heating system was then Powerflushed.
The central heating was controlled by a Honeywell Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat.
This Boiler comes with a 10 year parts and labour manufacturers warranty.

*Bathroom transformation*

Firstly we stripped out the existing wall tiles, sanitary ware, lino flooring and radiator.
We then made some adjustments to the pipe work and first fixed them in the new locations.
The bath was then installed.
Then with new plaster, tiles and paintwork we installed the new suite and towel rail.
The black taps and shower as-well as the fixtures and fittings really make this an amazing transformation!!

This customer wanted better hot water pressure in her flat so we removed the gravity hot water cylinder and installed a 170Litre Telford Tempest Pressurised Hot Water Cylinder in it’s place. The pipe from the pressure relief valve (safety valve) ran neatly to outside. There is also a lot more space in the airing cupboard now.
