Remedial work completed for replacing this customers diy lagging with .pro and replacing the existing lever valves with TR28KBV extended hex key valves.

This old Danfoss unit had a refrigerant leak and was deemed uneconomical to repair.

Working with it was swapped for a Samsung 12kW ht quiet. Altering the external pipework and lagging it with .pro and protecting the system with an heat pump filter.

We had a call out to a Mitsubishi Ecodan this week with a communication fault, sometimes this can be due to loss of power. We first tried powering down the unit, leaving it to stand for 5-10 minutes to let the power disperse and powering back up in the correct order - indoor unit first then outdoor. This didn’t rectify the fault. We dug a little deeper and upon taking the out door casing off, we found we had a little friend make their home inside the outdoor unit. 🐭

A recent heat pump install in Wimbish. Replacing 2 inefficient electric boilers, heating a barn conversion through underfloor heating.

The customer was unhappy with the large electric bills he was receiving so opted to go for a much more efficient air source heat pump making use of the current BUS grant that we were able to take care of directly as we are fully mcs registered not needing a 3rd party umbrella company.
