Last one before Christmas 🎅

Soft oak quickstep throughout for some lovely returning customers in Royston this is our second installation in different properties for them by our great team 😊

Kitchen refurbishment complete last month for a lovely family in hastlingfield.
Complete removal of existing tired kitchen and slate floor throughout kitchen utility and lounge diner area.
New plastering electrics and plumbing getting rid of the old gas cooker and installing new induction hob and ovens.
New Howdens Halesworth pebble with Beautiful new white quartz worktops.
New latex screed throughout and installed Quickstep harvest oak Lvt throughout.
All new appliances and radiators
Solid oak shelving and glass splash back to finish.
All complete within budget and schedule with our great team as always.😀

Some wardrobes and other various small projects also complete this year.
All of these projects are from returning customers 😃
Large refurbishment of existing wardrobe carcassing that was too good to take out, so made bespoke doors drawers and infills to modernise.
Fitted wardrobes in small tight alcove space to make the most of the space.
Some small understairs storage making the most of unused space.
Bespoke solid oak mantle to finish this fire place off nicely.
Newly refurnished staircase newels and spindles
New bespoke media storage with solid oak worktop.
All new pre finished oak doors throughout property 14no
Howdens wardrobes again making the most of unused space. 😃

Another 2 full kitchen refurbishments complete in Melbourn, both next door to each other, one neighbour recommendation to another once again 😊 fitting these kitchens with no stress to our customers all co ordinated and managed by us.
Both with complete electrical rewire, full Plastering throughout and both with Lvt flooring.
One kitchen was far more complex than the other with new fuse board and radiators reaching from one side of the house to the other, with new floor levels and latex screeds to make one height of floor flow throughout entire ground floor.
Also with new hive heating system and fully functional lighting and heating via a phone app.
Both very happy and lovely customer to work for.

Another kitchen complete for a lovely family in Melbourn to add to my page and keep updated.
Finished last year.
Beautiful dove grey shaker Howdens kitchen, white veined quartz worktops, with a black matching wine cooler, range cooker and k***s to finish.
New electrics plumbing and plastering throughout.
All complete to our usual high standards with our great team!
More projects complete to follow.
Including kitchens wardrobes bookcases, media walls, flooring and bespoke items.

Another beautiful large Howdens kitchen and utility just complete 2025.
For a lovely family in Royston.
The 3rd kitchen & utility completed by us in this cul de sac. All to a very high standard as always.
All through recommendations! 😊 from one neighbour to the next!

First job of 2025!
Fully carcassed wardrobes using their materials and made bespoke to form this dressing room in a new build for a nice lady in Barley.
With oak internals and colour porcelain finish.
Also added the oak clad strips to provide some warmth with the room.

Beautiful Howdens kitchen refurbishment in Ashwell.
Full rip out of existing and existing raised tiled floor
Total rewire due to dodgy existing electrics and new supply for new Induction hob, all new spots and under unit lighting.
New plumbing works with new radiators in various rooms through ground floor.
All new screeding/leveling with new Lvt classic oak flooring throughout kitchen and entrance hall now all one level.
All new Plastering throughout as required
Complete new kitchen with beautiful quartz to finish.

Quite an awkward one this one around underfloor heating manifolds although doesn’t look it now.

Another one to update my page.
This one is special order colours from Howdens
Saffron and linen top half, beautifully fitted by us.
Full refurbishment for a nice family in saffron Walden.
Before and after photos.
All new natural stone tiles through kitchen and utility
Complete rewire throughout kitchen including all new spot lights and pendants over kitchen table, countertop lighting sockets and new feed for range cooker.
All new plumbing to new Belfast sink.
Complete new Plastering to kitchen and utility.
Finished off with waterfall edge quartz worktops.
Although a bold choice of colours this kitchen really suited this property to a tee 😉

Just a quick update as haven’t posted for a long while.
It’s been the busiest year so far in 2024 with so many projects been completed to our usual high standard.
I’ll be posting some of the projects over the next few weeks to catch up this page with new projects.
This was a complete refurb of this customers kitchen in bassingbourn.
Complete electrical rewire and plumbing throughout.
Complete new ceiling and stud walls due to poor state at the start of the project.
Complete plaster reskim.
All new screed and floor and wall tiles throughout.
All new kitchen with quartz worktops
second fix skirting and oak doors.
New media wall with customers preference of a storage cupboard the end
New bespoke understairs storage.
And very happy customer 😃.
With New bookings already taken into 2025.
