Stripped off bottom lap of felt.

Found 2 old large wasp nests. ( luckily old and unused )

New felt new battens.

Then moved onto move dry verge's.

Started this lovely job today.

New dry verge system installed.

Still got the other bits and pieces to do.

Was still hot hot hot today.

Went back to have a look at the roof I did end of last year now without scaffolding.

Solar panels currently on your roof causing leaks from a bad instal, no worries we are trained to remove and re instal them correctly.

Recently been uninstalling and re installing some solar panels.

These panels had to be switched off and taken off the roof.

This was because the company who originally installed them broke tiles underneath and didn't replace them. This has caused leaks as you can imagine.

But off they came replaced broken tiles then re installed the solar panels and switched back on.

Been working on this lovely slate lean too.

Will be finishing this up next week.

I often get called out to fix shoddy previous work.
This roof had an awful repair done on it before.
All it needed was the old badly patched box gutter stripped out, and the rotten boards replaced.

All finished off with all new lead to keep it watertight and tidy.

No more leaks for this customer.
Now they can get on with their decorating that was put on hold.

This customer was having condensation problems in there loft space.

So iv added over fascia vents to go along with there dry ridge system.

This will create airflow in the roof space and stop the condensation building up on the felt.
