Nice local job today.
So ridge line came off easy just by lifting them by hand. The mortar had failed on the ridge but stuck strong to the tiles.

So got the old mortar off the tiles then re bedded the ridge lovey job.

Re doing valleys at the moment. Unfortunately they had a cowboy builder cone round and smeared the smallest amount of muck over the old broken mortar. And of course it's just fallen out.

So I have come and pulled out all the old muck and re bedded them correctly.

Mineral felt off. New boards and a nice new rubber roof.

I do love it when you can find matching tiles. Makes the roof look so much better than a different colour.

So the week of heat starts. Stay safe out there

Copper roof off and nice new EPDM rubber roof back on.Wood needs a nice touch up and then onto the next flat roof.
