Monday to Friday - 08:00am - 12:30pm

Responsibilities for Administrator

Preparing paperwork for new starters & Leavers
Processing DBS checks, Staff Vetting & ID Cards
Ordering of Staff Uniform
Booking Training Courses for engineers
Adding correct deduction amounts for engineers
Amazon orders
Monitoring the info inbox
Call Out cover every day between 08:00 and 10:00am.
Hotel bookings for engineers staying away when requested.
Coordinating the ordering, delivery and return of all company lease Vans & Cars
Maintaining the fleet of vehicles
Preparing and signing of engineers Kit Lists
Preparing and signing of Vehicle Documents

Knowledge, Skills & Experience required

Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good knowledge and experience with intruder, fire, CCTV & Door access
Have good knowledge of BS5839
Have CSCS/ECS Card (Or willing to obtain one)
Hold a full driving licence
Have good customer relations skills

- Be capable of installing to professional high standards
- Be capable of reading and marking up site drawings
- Have CSCS / ECS Card or be able to sit test
- Have own hand tools and drills
- able to drive
