When you have no ingredients in the house, don't even have a piping bag and you have to whip up cupcakes for your daughters dancing fundraiser for first thing...have to scrape something together with a few left overs and accidentally make the yummiest cupcakes ever. Dark chocolate cupcakes with a layer of white chocolate ganache and salted caramel buttercream.

Sometimes the best recipe development happens when you least expect it.
