🔨🏠 Recent roofing project completed.

We removed the old ridge and installed a new ridge system for a secure, weatherproof finish. We also fitted a bonding strip between the two properties, as this had not been installed correctly previously, and rectified the short battens to ensure everything was finished to the correct standard.

We’ve recently finished a full re-roof for the Newsagents on Rugby Road. Thank you to the owners for trusting us with their property and for allowing us to share the project. We’re proud to support local businesses and keep our community covered ✅

The project involved removing the existing roof covering and installing a new roofing system to provide longterm protection and improve the overall appearance of the property. As part of the installation, the roof was fully ventilated, including the use of vented slates, to ensure proper airflow and help prevent future condensation issues.
