After being in this industry for over 25 years we have definitely learned a few lessons!

Here's an "Insider Tip that we hope will provide value:

Know where you stop tap is (normally under your sink). You need this to shut off your water immediately if you have a leak to minimise damage and it's good practice to do while you go away on your summer holiday's so if there is a leak, the damage will be minimal and you won't end up with a house boat when you come back!
