Lots of calls today for boiler breakdowns and we are expecting the same over the next few days.
Before paying call out charges please try pouring hot water over your condense pipe. This is often a small white pipe outside.
The problem can also be fixed by removing the condense pipe from the bottom of the boiler (white pipe found under boiler can be flexible or solid) and restarting the boiler. But please remember to put a bowl under the open pipe to catch drips!
