Exciting times for Longton and the Urban Wilderness CIC team! Will be great to see this fantastic building back in use. Its been a pleasure working with Isla Telford and Jenny Harper on early feasibility studies: we hope to continue to work with them as the project moves forward.

It's moving in day for our clients in Rushton Spencer! It's been great fun working on this project: taking a vacant and very tired mid century bungalow and breathing a new breath of life into her (whilst adding a whole additional storey). Bond Developments have done a sterling job bringing the contract in on time, in budget and finished to a high standard. We wish our clients the very best for their new life in the villge and thank the whole team at Bond Developments for their Hard work over the last 5 months. We have lead the project from initial feasibility, through design, planning, production, tender and Building Contract Administration.

Work has got underway on the Conservation area arts and crafts house extension and refurbishment project in Cheshire. Looking forward to working with Scott and his team Bond Developments again on bringing the plans to fruition

Work is drawing to a close on this extension and full refurbishment project in Aldrely Edge: there'll be more photos to come over the coming weeks but we're just too excited to wait so here's a taster of the new front exterior.

Work has finished on the second storey extension to this stone cottage in Meerbrook, Staffs Moorlands. We've worked closely with the clients from inception to formulte the design, secure planning consent (in a conservation area), produce the Building Control and pricing package, and administer the contract through the construction phase. A&S Long Contractors (Congleton) have worked diligently to realise the design, with interior bedroom fit out by Alcove (Leek). It's been a real pleasure working with Ian & Hannah, A&S Long and Alcove on this project.

Work is well underway on the Loft conversion and full refurbishment project in Rushton Spencer. We took this project on at feasibiity stage, sought and secured the planning Permission, produced the building control and tender package, and are now acting and contract administrators for the construction stage. It's always a bonus when we get work on a project from inception to completion and Bond Developments are doing an exceptionL job of realising our and the client's vision.

We are pleased to have secured Planning Permission for the alterations and extensions project to this detached bungalow in the Staffs moorlands. We Worked closely with both the client and the Planning Department to reach a design that meets the needs of the client and elevates the built enviroment of the village. We look forward to Construction beginning on site in early August and continuing to work with the client and the contractor (Bond Developments) to realise the property's potential.
