🚨🚨🚨 This is an alert to our customers and other resin bound companies in the area. We have had a customer call today, as a man is calling in on people with resin drives, pretending he laid it and offering to steam clean it for a fee. Please, we would never call in on our previous customers and would wait for you to contact us! If any other company cleans your resin bound surface that LK Resin has laid, the warranty we give is then invalid. The reason for this is that steam cleaning can cause serious damage to a resin bound drive if not done properly and sealed straight after.

We have been so, so busy this last month, it has been crazy keeping up, whilst still providing a professional, thorough, above specification service! We've taken on a young apprentice, George, to encourage a new generation of elite installers. A warning though, he does like to sing the whole day when working, but on the upside, does take requests. He covers anything from Elvis and Sinatra to Madonna and Kylie. Rock, Pop, Jazz, Hip-hop, his talents are endless! We've also taken on a quieter member too, to keep the balance, whilst Leigh the owner, of course, still works on every job.

As usual Vuba resin and aggregate suppliers have been amazing in keeping up with our orders and we can't thank them enough! Just the best supplier and the knowledge that Sureset (who originally invented the whole resin bound system) chose Vuba to acquire them out of all the interested companies, means their materials and specifications are simply the best and we are still so proud we are their first Elite Installer in Sussex!

We transformed a tired concrete driveway and carport area into a sleek, timeless, easily maintained, permeable space with the blend
"Black Heath" by Vuba

We opted for our traditional permeable 150mm deep concrete base with reinforced mesh for this project. The customer is so over the moon and has given us great reviews as it looks so beautiful!

At LK RESIN we go above basic specifications with resin bound, as we can afford to spend more on materials, to have a long lasting driveway as we have a solid team of two, who work seamlessly side by side. So instead of paying more on labour time which doesn't benefit the overall quality of the product, our cost saving is passed directly to you, to have something that is stronger and more hard wearing than basic specification. We also offer low cost maintenance packages for our customers too, such as industrial cleaning and resealing every 5 years.

We'd never used the Vuba "Blackheath" blend before and then two come along in the space of a couple of weeks!

It's a timeless blend that modernises any style of house. It's paired with simple charcoal edging that we've sealed to make it really stand out.

This is a vubamac system, again we go above specification laying the resin base at 40mm rather than the 30-35mm that is stated is the minimum depth for material warranty and the resin top layer at at least 20mm, rather than 18mm minimum for vehicle traffic. We want to ensure our customers are paying for something solid that will stand the test of time, rather than a company scrimping on materials to have a driveway that looks great, but only lasts a couple of years. The foundation is the most important part for resin bound to succeed. The bit no-one can see!

We transformed a SOOOOOOOO overgrown back garden we couldn't get in it to take any pictures!

Then we tackled the front garden to make a driveway, shingle area and arranged the drop kerb installation for these lovely new homeowners.

We've transformed a tired old decking corner of an expansive frontage, into a secluded little haven that no neighbours would know about.

We dismantled the old decking and fence, and laid our fabulous Vuba vubamac resin base system on top of a permeable sub-base and reinforced mesh. We then laid on more reinforced mesh and finished with a sunny blend by called Taj Mahable.

The customers opted for a maintenance-free composite fence system in amber wood colour, to act as a wind-breaker and also perfectly compliments their property and the resin in the beautiful countryside.

We're a bit jealous we won't be getting to sit there on the balmy evenings!

This gorgeous blend of Vuba Marietta was laid from start to finish in 3 days. We excavated and laid a no-fines sub-base, with a capping layer of 6mm stone. A reinforced mesh was laid, which then had 30-40mm of vubamac full resin base installed, we then applied another layer of reinforced mesh before finishing with 20mm of Marietta resin bound top layer. We edged this in classic brindle edging. It is such a lovely blend, that it fits in well with any type of property. It looks traditional and modern at the same time and also as an added bonus, hugely practical to hide muddy tyre marks.

It was wonderful to complete this resin bound driveway in Goring-by-Sea for amazing customers.

We've laid a beautiful resin bound driveway on a 200mm permeable no-fines sub-base, 150 - 200mm permeable concrete base, with reinforced mesh and then 20mm of Vuba Silver Strand to make it look pretty as well as 💪💪💪

We added in a telescopic lockable parking barrier so the customers felt their vehicle was secured.

We loved doing this project in Angmering and the customers have said they are the envy of the neighbourhood. We arranged for the drop kerb to be extended too.

A lot of erasing on these photos due to vehicles parked etc.. but hopefully the aesthetics still shine through.

Resin Bound driveway in Angmering. This is a popular grey blend using Vuba - New Palazzo.

Here we've used the Vubamac system. The first of it's kind and invented by Vuba. Other resin supply companies have now started to copy this technique, but we stand by Vuba every time. They have now collaborated and acquired SureSet. SureSet invented Resin Bound and ensured it was the right company who took over, to carry on their vision and continue to advance the product even further in years to come. We have used many different resin suppliers over the years, but when Vuba started up, we knew no other suppliers could come close to their products and expertise. They are as passionate as we are about resin bound!

Resin Bound driveway in Worthing laid using the beautiful Vuba Canberra blend. This is a lovely colour that fits the natural aesthetic but helps hide muddy tyre marks. We are finding customers are starting to branch out into more natural blends again, these tie in perfectly with our traditional brick houses.
