12 solar panels fitted in Glenrothes today, with another 8 to complete when they are delivered.

Another roof replacement in spanish slate, breathable membrane, new grp bonding gutter to divide the roof from the neighbouring property.
New code 5 300mm to form new valley gutters on the bay window and zinc ridging to the hips and main ridge.
A small section of ornamental slating which the customer was delighted with.

Job recently completed in middlesbrough for europcar, been having problems for years with numerous companies trying repairs on several areas, all without success.

After our report and advice along with a detailed quotation, they decided to go with us. After years of continuous failed repairs they are now operating at full capacity with the use of the area that they have been so long without.

We removed the coping stone and 4 course of bricks and extended the box profile sheets over the main gutter. We secured new timbers and white upvc fascia board along with new PVC black ogee gutters.

On the flat roof we removed the existing defective metal capping system and replaced it with new timbers, resitrix hybrid system as the new capping system, along with white pvc cladding.

Roof replacement in Spanish slate cupa 400x250, thought we would insert a little design onto the front elevation using new welsh and westmoreland slate, 4 new velux windows to creatw more light to the loft. new 14inch zinc ridging with holding down straps.
All lead work in code 5 lead and new icopal charcoal mineral felt to the rear extension roof.

New roof in Kilbarchan.

Customer went with the marley modern tile anthracite (black), with a black dry verge to match. This colour of tile is slightly more expensive but looks great!!

The rear elevation flat roof was renewed with 18mm own boards, with a Resitrix EPDM as the new membrane. A 50 year manufacturers warranty is applied to this system, rather than the 15 year using torch on felt.

New grey marley modern tiles with matching grey marley modern ridge tiles.

A small job yesterday, old defective flatroof window removed and replaced with a Sterling Build double glazed unit, the outside was finished off with charcoal mineral felt to match the existing.
