One of our latest Projects in the Wrexham village of Bwlchgwyn.

Property is on the border of a large cemetery, and was formerly the grounds keeper accommodation.

Their original tank sadly passed away, so we were appointed to undertake its new install in a very restricted garden. Everything was done with a 2ton 360 and a 1Ton dumper. This project required patience and an element of respect to the visitors next door.

Again, the team just excelled with this, and the client is delighted with the outcome.

Recent project in the Erbistock Village. Separating two properties from One tank and giving both properties a 7PE system each, and then discharging into a shared drainage field, in an area of field down stream of the properties. Other quotes were aiming at keeping them on a shared system. When we costed our solution we were £1,000.00 Higher on the install costs, but as I explained to both property owners - Shared systems have their hidden legal costs, and they can also be mis loaded by one of the users.

Both clients very Happy with the Install, and should they look to sell their properties in the future, we have removed a little headache from the transaction.

Graf Septic Tank Install under a clients drive in Trofarth, Abergele. Really hard digging on this project which added a few days to the project. D400 access lid as Client had His and Hers Tesla's and we didn't want to gamble with the Graf Composite vehicle lids.

Due to the depth of the invert level, we really wanted to bring it backup to the existing foul line to keep costs down.

We fitted this 7PE One to Clean Treatment Plant in March 2026 in Abergele, and are very proud of how well the system and its surroundings have grown back. This is not Turf, this is the results of the ground care from both our install team and the homeowner. When the Green lid is in place you would hardly know it is there.

With restricted space and access, water separation requirements, this project proved a little difficult when pricing.

Once again the team dealt with all issues professionally.

Shed was winched out, 5PE Graf Tank installed, patio re-laid. Installation completed 2 days ahead of schedule. Discount given to the client for the project over all.

We are looking to add a groundworker to our work force for upcoming projects.

Applicant must have proven groundwork experience, some drainage knowledge, and a full driving license.
7.30am From our Ruthin office till 4.30pm on site. 5 days a week.

Work will be predominately installing Septic tanks, treatment Tanks, mains connections, and other domestic drainage works.
Pay is negotiable depending on experience and will be discussed at interview.

Clarke Contractors were a proud sponsor of a recent 'Riot in the Ring' fight night, that was brought about to raise awareness for Men's Mental Health. Clarke Contractors sponsored the main even where Dale McGuire V Mark Peacock were fighting in Memory of Jordan Eccles, a young man who lost his life far too soon, and where Dale had raised a staggering amount of money to gift to local Metal Health Charities. Dale went on to get the win. A very successful night and we were proud to be apart of it. What a great show.

Remember, speak out, don't suffer in silence there's always a listening ear not far away.

Some of our recent projects:

Drian Repairs, Pump Station installs, Drainage fields, Septic Tank and treatment Tank. 2026 has had a busy first quarter, second quarter looks equally as busy, but hopefully we will have the sunshine on our site teams backs. They're solar powered and work faster and better in the dry.
