Pushing on in the heat with this one ...
Walls all boarded today , just a little bit of over boarding the artex/ lath and plaster ceilings , & then skimming this one .

We were laughing a little . When we pulled up this morning seeing this.

As our customer had set up a slide for us.

..... But this saved us dragging 1/2 tonne of lime through the house , genius & worked a dream , every day is a learning day .

We just need our own slide now ...

Full lime rip down on walls , which were blown and dead

The worst is over , only better to come

JP Plasterers for all your plastering needs .

A little bit of a troublesome one we've just finished .Most walls were nailed on 9.5mm plasterboard onto celcon blocks , heavily cracked render on the load bearing walls, wall paper direct to plasterboard ( The previous owner was an engineer lol ) ... ...

This one had it all . ( well no distemper actually )

We overboard , re-screwed and glued , dot n dab'd 12.5mm new , re insulated front porch area , cut out a big crack , heli bars & epoxy , meshed the render into bonding stair walls then ... we skimmed the lot .........

End pictures in semi drying conditions , look a bit awful , but when we finished we knew it was perfect , just need s to dry and some paint

Happy its over , happy we have a very nice & happy customer , , who sent me the last shots Xx

Easy peasy day today . Last week stripped a little area back to laths . Cleaned them up ... Then Lime and today a quick bit of Lime / Chalk to finish . Which I have to say was great to work with , lots of fibres , lovely finish .
