A lovely view over our Manuden development as it nears completion. 🏡

These affordable homes have now been handed over to the housing association, marking another important milestone for the development.

With landscaping continuing across the site, the final pieces are starting to come together — and it’s easy to appreciate the beautiful countryside views that surround these new homes. 🌳

We’re proud to be expanding our team and investing in the future of the timber frame industry with the launch of two new apprenticeship opportunities at Pelham Structures.

Developing the next generation of skilled tradespeople is something we’re passionate about, and these roles will provide hands-on experience, industry-recognised qualifications, and the opportunity to work alongside our experienced er****on teams.

A little update from Manuden ✨

Plots P15, P16 & P36 are all nearly finished now, and they’re the only homes at this stage that don’t already have families getting ready to move in.

It’s a bit of a special moment, seeing them come together like this. Each one has been thoughtfully designed and built to maximise space, character and performance, and they’re almost ready for someone new to walk through the door and make it their own.

If you’ve been keeping an eye on things, this is a lovely chance to move into something new without the usual lead time 🏡 🔜
