A customer had their cowl fall off in recent storms. On further investigation it was clear the top of their pot had deteriorated and the flaunching was in a dangerously broken and loose state.
New pot set, new flaunching and new C**t Aspirator. Satisfied customer.

Pigeon rescued from disused chimney in St Albans. The customer was prompt in calling for assistance so the bird was healthy and safely released. A cap was fitted to the chimney pot to prevent any further birds falling down.
