Attended this boiler which was feeling poorly.
Diagnose is high temperature and intermittent hot water.
Treated the patient with some trusted .
After a little clean out the patient is feeling better and delivering constant hot water.

Homeowner requested a gas safety check in his own property which is not required by law. Only required annually if you are renting your property out.
Found some issues with boiler flue which was mixing fresh air with fumes due to faulty seals and gas hob connected with rubber hose which isn’t allowed. Must be connected with a rigid pipe.

Today I have completed a full boiler service on a combination boiler.
Drained appliance✅
Re-inflated expansion vessel✅
Cleaned out system filter✅
Cleaned main heatexchanger and electrodes ✅
Changed burner seals✅
Cleaned condense trap✅
Tested appliance and set gas valve for correct burner settings ✅
Filled relevant paperwork ✅
