First up was a massive clear out and deep clean of the concrete floor. We brought in the industrial fans to ensure the space was completely dry and dust free. Now, we have just laid down the first coat of heavy duty grey epoxy floor paint.

🔧 Plumbing & Gas Prep: We're cutting into the existing large-bore pipework and using state-of-the-art press-fit tech to install heavy-duty isolation valves. Fast, safe, and no hot works required! We're also adapting the commercial gas lines to safely fuel the temporary setup.

⚡ Powering Up: A temporary plant needs reliable power. We’ve wired dedicated circuits directly from the distribution board to brand new external AC isolators and 16Amp commando sockets.

Take a look at this blank canvas! After days of heavy lifting, removing outdated infrastructure, and dismantling miles of redundant pipework, the main plant room has been completely gutted. We’ve stripped the space right back to the bare bones, leaving nothing but empty plinths and a clean workspace. 🏗️

It takes serious graft and coordination to safely tear down a commercial setup of this scale, but getting the demolition right is the secret to a flawless installation. The old system is officially out of the way, and the stage is perfectly set for us to start building a brand-new, high-efficiency heating system from the ground up.
