Still a bit surreal seeing Outdoor Modular Spaces promoted inside Costco.

This was taken in the Stevenage Costco store and it’s a real pinch-me moment for us as a business. From designing and building bespoke garden rooms locally to being showcased by one of the world’s biggest retailers – not something we ever take for granted.

A bespoke garden room designed for work, hosting & calm living 🤍

Set within a conservation area in Great Chesterford, Saffron Walden, this striking 10m x 4.5m x 3m garden room was carefully designed and fully delivered by our team – from planning permission through to final completion.

The layout is intentionally split:
• Left-hand side – a covered outdoor dining & BBQ area beneath a stunning cedar canopy
• Main room – a fully insulated home office with toilet & hand basin, designed for year-round use

Every detail was considered, including enhanced internal and external insulation to significantly reduce nearby road noise – creating a calm, focused workspace.
