We specialise in all types of large to small extensions, loft and home refurbishments, we are a family firm with our employed "in house" plumbers and elect
ricians to over come those troublesome trades so to eliminate delays and keep to build schedules so to keep your disturbance to a minimum. We have also been commissioned by private individuals to undertake building their Dream homes that's been constructed under the NHBC solo build scheme. All of our work it to a very high standard and all is to Building Regulation Approval by the Local Authority. We are experienced in working alongside Architects or working directly with the house owner, in both cases we suggest working under the JCT Minor Works Building Contract. All of our work is guaranteed and no payment is required in advance or deposits taken, we usually work 2 or 4 weeks in arrears with a fully detailed invoice emailed over prior to any payment. A no cost and no obligation fully detailed quotation will be supplied, I am happy to meet home owners out of the "normal" working hours and once work has started we suggest weekly site meetings and again these can be at any time that is convenient to you, updating with you the work progress, time schedules and areas of work that will be coming up. As a Building Company with a Project Management background we strive to work alongside the house owner keeping them up to date in all aspects of their project, one of our main advantages over other "Builders" is that we only undertake one project at a time, so at no point that there are no tradesmen on site and as I'm a Carpenter and Joiner by trade, I'm also on site everyday assisting my workforce but also looking after your project without compromise.
