We are Crafting smooth curves with Baswa Phon 26mm requires precision and technique. Here, we’ve shaped the acoustic panels by cutting 50mm rips, allowing for a seamless bend. These fine cuts relieve tension in the material, making it flexible enough to follow the desired curve while maintaining structural integrity.

The process involves careful spacing of the cuts, ensuring uniformity and a clean radius. Once in place, the surface is reinforced and finished to achieve a flawless, sound-absorbing finish.

Attention to detail at every step results in an acoustically optimised and visually stunning ceiling.
