I Delta was contacted by a local landlord to carry out a repair on a boiler flue. The warranty engineer who attended issued a warning notice on the appliance as ‘being at risk’. I Delta found the flue had been incorrectly installed and with no access to test points. A new flue was installed but the question on our mind and the warranty engineers mind is ‘how did this rental property pass its landlords safety checks over the years’?
