Farm house extension & kitchen 🏡

Our customers vision was an open plan living space overlooking the Clwydian Range. With the addition of vaulted ceilings and bifold doors, this extension allowed us to create this for them.

Keeping the traditional aspect of the farm house we added stone cladding to the new build while bringing in a modern twist with black aluminium framework.

Our current extension is nearly coming to an end 🏡

Our customers wanted to create a separate hallway space with extra storage. The layout of their house originally meant they had a porch opening into the living room where the stairs lay.

To create their desired layout we knocked down the internal porch wall and created a separate hallway using a stud wall in the lounge. We also knocked through into the kitchen to create separate door access from the new hall.

To add in natural light into the stairway we cut out and fitted a new window overlooking the stairs. Following this we plastered throughout and added new spot lights in the hallway.

Our customers were looking for a modern finish and so we replaced the banister with glass and replaced the carpet with laminate flooring. To make the most of the new space we built under stairs storage for coats and shoes, etc.

To create this we removed the existing kitchen and wall partitioning the kitchen and dining room. We then relocated radiators throughout the space and new spotlights in the ceiling before plastering and fitting a modern kitchen as well as new oak flooring and doors throughout the kitchen, dining room and utility space.

Single story extension 🏡

This family wanted a large, open plan space for the whole family to enjoy - working together we created a space perfect for cooking, eating and socialising!

Originally, the kitchen, dining and living space were seperate - with an attached conservatory. We knocked out the whole back wall of the house and extended out into the garden space. As well as this, we utilised space from the original kitchen to create a larger utility/boot room which our client had envisioned.

Fitting in with the modern appearance of the build, a black kitchen was chosen with contrast added using a gloss white worktop and pink splash back tiling.

Finished with bifold doors and three huge velux windows the space has plenty of natural light. For evenings, downlights were installed throughout as well as three feature hanging lights over the breakfast bar.

Open plan living space 🏠

Originally, this kitchen and dining space was joined together by a connected conservatory. Our client wanted a large open space running through all three areas. We achieved this by knocking down the connecting wall between the kitchen and dining room and laying laminate flooring throughout.

As well as this, we installed a new, darker kitchen from complete with breakfast bar.

Creating more storage 🏡

An easy way to create more storage in your home is to utilise your under the stairs space. We transformed this one small cupboard into a flush storage system, enough for a families belongings you typically want out of the way!

As well as this, we opened up the stair space by changing the traditional wooden stair spindles into glass, complete with a new oak bannister and finished off this space with new flooring throughout.

Bathroom renovation 🛁

We converted this seperate bathroom and W/C into one room, creating a modern, larger space. Changing two seperate windows and moving one window into the centre of the room.

We also re-tiled the bathroom throughout and plastered, changed the radiator and installed underfloor heating.

Finally we installed a full new suite from , changed the lighting into spot lighting and installed a new oak door.
