Throwback to the extremely steep old staircase replaced with new oak stairs , handrails and powder coated steel spindles.....just after fitting and prior to the bulkhead being altered to suit building regs.....such a difference and a very happy customer

So I get a call from a customer who got someone else in as I was too busy at the time to be able to do it for her sadly....

So I get a call from a customer who got someone else in as I was too busy at the time to be able to do it for her sadly.
Oh my days what an absolute mess had been made by..." Someone",
Despite all my years doing my job I ....... " STILL" can't quite believe some of the things being done by some people!!!
After an honest conversation with the customer the whole shoddy (very polite) thing was ripped out and started again..... PROPERLY..
It was a fire hazard waiting to happen to say the least.
All completed and is now a "safe" utility room......
