I have been very busy today working in my own house, changing our gravity fed hot water and heating system with a pressurised one. Managed to just about squeeze it all in.

Boiler replacement done in St Austell today. Heat exchanger had split in the old one so replaced with a far better boiler and fitted a magnetic filter to protect the boiler. Pleased to say the customer is happy.

This has got to be the most testing cylinder swap I have done. Door frame wasn’t wide enough to get cylinder out or new one in so had to take it through the ceiling into the loft space and down. Cream crackered
